Carrie was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly understood the market dynamics and was able to smoothly guide me through all the steps in getting the property market ready. I appreciated her recommendations and her flawless coordination of service providers. The photos she had done of the property were stunning and brought out the very best of the property. The farm was properly priced, we received multiple offers, (several over asking) and were in escrow in under a week. The property closed on time and without any hiccups.
