As I've said above, Casey Stearns is a great representative for your company and did a wonderful job for us.

I understand that Casey is relatively new to this career, but she made a difficult decision of our lives just work seamlessly. Above & beyond what I ever expected!!! This lady is a true professional!!! She made it so easy for us to sell & sign papers from long distance. My Dad was critically ill and we needed to get the house sold quickly. We live in Iowa, so it was difficult to travel, and it was during the Corona virus pandemic. Casey helped us not only sell quickly, but we had showings immediately and got an offer in no time! She hasn't been just our real estate broker, she has been a friend at a difficult time in our lives! Emails, calls, texts were all answered promptly & I knew exactly what was happening many miles away. Video chats so that I could see exactly what was going on in the packing/shipping process. She took the worry out of this for me completely! I just can't say enough about what a fantastic ray of sunshine this girl is!!! She gives 110% ALL the time!!! She lined up a handyman down there to do a few things after the inspection...just a lot of details that I was worried about were taken care of by her knowledge and abilty get things done in my absence. We listed the property around February 1st and papers were signed March 24th. I NEVER dreamed it could all be done that quickly! It's been a hard decision for Dad & myself to move him to Iowa and leave behind a house that he & Mom loved so much, but Casey was so thoughtful and considerate of everything involved in this process and I just can't say enough good things about how she has helped us through this process!!!! Casey deserves to be recognized for her compassion & love of her career!!!
