I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing of the process, but Cassie did a wonderful job of explaining every step to me and answering all my questions. She excelled at making local references without playing favorites. For example, when I asked about a mortgage lender she gave me the name of 3 individuals, not just one. This shows not only how connected to the community she is, but also that she is professional and wants to refer out her buyers/sellers to a variety of businesses that she trusts in the area. When negotiating the price, she did a great job of laying out the options and how it would impact me both now and in the future. Cassie is great of using technology to communicate with her clients. She knew I was often too busy at work to take a call, but I could easily squeeze in text messages to keep the ball rolling on the process. I would highly recommend Cassie Causey! I cannot say enough about Cassie. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. I called to look at the house we were looking into maybe buying and Cassie happened to be the agent showing the property. We instantly hit it off, I fell in love with the house and we started our professional relationship. From there it has been a whirlwind of questions and set backs and frustration and celebration (none of which were at the fault of or associated with Cassie other than the celebration part ;) !). She was with me every single step of the way. She answered all of my questions without making me feel guilty, answered my phone calls and listened to me vent without a hint of annoyance, and went charging head first into the fire when I couldn't get answers and was overwhelmed. While all of this is super dramatic, I do suffer from severe anxiety and she handled me with grace and understanding and I now consider her a friend. We finally closed on our forever home!!!!
