She really knows her stuff when it comes to inspection and local knowledge about the area. I would have to say Cassie's most important skill is the negotiation process. She made sure that we had one of the best offers for every house we made an offer on. When we didn't win she made sure that the next one was better until we eventually won our house. Cassie was absolutely awesome when it came to detail. She understood our needs and wants in a home and she made sure that we saw everything that met our criteria. Cassie is all of the above and more! She could not have been a better communicator and friend throughout the buying process. She was always on time and I can honestly say that she had my complete trust. I'm so glad I went with Cassie as my agent. She completely went above and beyond all of my expectations.
