Catalina is the best. She is compassionate, hardworking, diligent, and communicative. We could not have asked for a better person to represent our interests in the sale of our distressed home. She was realistic the entire way through the sale of our distressed property. Other agents underestimated the cost to repair, overestimated the value of the home, and had unrealistic expectations of what we should put into the home to sell it. Catalina did not put us through this stress. She was a great comfort when we needed it most assuring us that while the process to sell our home might be bumpy, we would have a successful sale. Catalina always responded to our phone calls or messages within a timely manner. Most times, she responded immediately. This was appreciated at time when we felt as if we'd lost control of our world. She was transparent with us at all times about the process that we were going through and always sought any information we requested. The process of selling a distressed home is completely different from a standard real estate transaction. Catalina kept us informed and educated us every step of the way. Thank you.
