I was born and raised in Oslo Norway and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1965. I attended the University of Cincinnati. She married and has two children and two grandchildren. She moved to Florida in 2001 and settled in Delray Beach. I've had my Florida real estate license for over 12 years and in specialize in Active adult communities as well as all age communities in the Central and South Palm Beach area as well as North Broward County. In my off-time I enjoy golf, the beach and traveling. I hope to be able to assist you in finding the home of your dreams!

Seller reviewI came from a disastrous experience with another realtor, who was selling my property for more than 6 months without any results. Cathy and I knew each other through a realtor three years ago, and I had not been able to forget how diligent and smart she was. Cathy sold my property in five days. But before, she took the time to produce the sale, meticulously Cathy took new photographs, advertised her new product in many sites, and especially her instincts led to succeed; so when she had the first showing, she sold the house right away. Although she had a second showing, never retreat attention from the first date. Cathy kept the buyer's excitement until the last moment of closing, handle other issues very well. She was able to convince the buyer to rent me the property after closing, for a minimum amount until I could buy a new one. And the best of all, she helped me to get an excellent sale price for my property, with all the advantages for me. I am grateful to find a high quality realtor but also a trustworthy friend!!!
