She had a plan to sale our home and made it happen! When I was out of town due to my mothers illness followed by our relocation she took care of things for me. When a buyer backed out of a deal, Cathie worked quickly to get us back under contract without losing any money! Cathie answered all my questions and responded to my texts and calls in a very timely manner. She was very friendly and respectful throughout the process.
