Seller reviewThe house sold more quickly than we expected, and we got a fair price. I think Cathy was particularly strong in helping us prepare the house for market. Cathy also did a great job of explaining and communicating when the financing for our buyer's was delayed. We were very pleased with Cathy's preparation, communication, and especially results.

Seller reviewAs I live in the Netherlands I did not have much of controle so Cathy all did it by herself and it was an exelent job. Hi Cathy. I guess this was not a regular job for you, neither it was for me. You did a great job, you where recommended by friends and I did not have one moment of regret. Language was a blast sometimes but finally we made it, as Joe Cocker sang: with a little help from my friends... For me it was a big experience, I never thought that you could make this in such a short time. On the other hand I feel pain and greeve. The place ment a lot to me, It felt like home to me, I guess I have some immigrant blood in my vains. I'm sure I will visit the place in the future, I've made a lot of friends overthere and pherhaps you will allow me to bring you some real tulips from Amsterdam. Just to say thank you. Thanks for all you efforts, good luck.

Cathy answered my questions immediately and went out to the property and took additional photos the same day to address further questions that were not in the original listing. She was friendly and efficient and found us the perfect house the first day of viewing properties! She took us on a wonderful tour of all Candain Lakes had to offer and completly sold us on the area. From the very first phone call Cathy listened and addressed all of our requirements and found us the perfect home. She also guided us step be step through the process and addressed the many questions we had all the way through.
