Cathleen would always provide us with the pros and cons of each decision, which allowed us to confidently make the right choice for us. We never once felt like she tried to influence us unless we asked her opinion. She was responsive to every last question we had (there were thousands) and came up with many additional items to address that we hadn't even thought of. Cathleen was invaluable in suggesting staging for showings, deciding what upgrades to do before listing, and keeping track of the thousands of tasks and deadlines that came up after the contract was in place. The showing, selling, buying, and moving process with two young children is even more stressful than one would imagine. Cathleen's attention to detail, planning, and knowledge made the entire thing so much easier for us. She understood our limitations with time and communication and adapted to make meetings, showings, and closing as painless as possible for us. Cathleen was understanding and reassuring when we would waffle on something due to our general state of stress. I wouldn't even consider going through the selling process again without her being involved. A significant amount of proceeds is given up to commission and I am confident that she earned every bit of it.
