She made us aware of properties that might be of interest to us & was forthright in making observations about properties that we might not have been aware of. Buyer reviewCathy Aleman really knew the Quincy area. This was critical since we were moving from the Chicago metro area and knew nothing about the Quincy housing market. She was wonderful!! We could not have had a more knowledgeable and patient realtor. She is a true asset to your company. She communicated well with us and the buyer, even when the closing on our house in the Chicago area got delayed and complicated. She was in a dual relationship with us and the seller. When there were complications, she re-did the paperwork numerous times as aspects of the situation changed. She was very patient with us, and negotiated well with the sellers who were out of town. She always answered our questions, and if she did not know, she got answers from those who did. She recommended a lender, and we were very happy with the terms of our mortgage. She was a great spokesman for Quincy, and made us feel very welcome!
