Moving from Massachusetts to Florida I really needed to find a realtor in Florida that would really help me. And thankfully I went with Cathy. We talked on the phone and emailed. And finally I drove down to Florida. Cathy listened to what I wanted (which I changed a few times) and she found me the perfect house.
