Seller reviewCathy is known well in our community. Cathy went out of way to help me sign documents, coming to my home more than once.Cathy help coordinate my son's approval on the house. This house was way out of des moines,IA. Cathy would kindly express concern if I was slow to pack or getting my paperwork done. Cathy even helped me move things. Cathy is truly an angel in blessing.

She was really patient and flexible to show us homes as soon as we could get in to them. Being first time home buyers, Cathy explained all the aspects of home buying and walked us through every step. She was always one step ahead of us to answer questions we weren't sure to even ask yet and helped us feel more and more prepared to be homeowners!
