My husband (also a Realtor) and I both grew up in Appleton, raising our two children in the Kimberly/ Darboy area. We are now living in the New London area so I have gotten to know the areas surrounding New London as well. My background for many years years was in the mortgage lending industry, with more than 20+ years working in a local Credit Union. I absolutely love and have a real passion for working with people! One of my favorite things to do is to help people realize their dream of owning their own home! In my former position as a lender I would hand you the check to purchase your home, which was always exciting. I met with a half dozen other realtors when I started my search for a house, but after meeting Cathy and mike at the open house I was sure that they were the best fit for me. Another great thing about them is that you essentially get two realtors for the price of one. Because they work together with their customers you get twice the time availability, and twice the knowledge, with them each having there area of expertise. They will definitely have a life long customer out of me, and I couldn't be happier with the house that they found for me.

Buyer reviewCathy had helped my sister buy, sell, and buy a home. She also successfully closed a friend's home so we naturally, went with her. When my sister says Cathy goes over and beyond but also becomes a friend, she was right. We were purchasing a home in Wisconsin from out of state which was stressful enough. We were losing houses due to this crazy market but had found a house over an hour from the Appleton area. Cathy had no issues driving out, showing the house even though I felt bad. She is so prompt, has great attention to detail and a high level of empathy. She is ALWAYS looking out for her clients and provided us with multiple options were necessary. The transaction was a bit messy thanks to our financial institution making multiple mistakes but Cathy was always on top of things when necessary. I trust Cathy 100% and she has truly become a family friend. She's the best realtor we ever had (and we bought and sold many houses).
