Seller reviewWhen we decided to sell our home, we interviewed several realtors and in the end we chose Cathy Rone. During our initial meetings Cathy was very energetic and positive on how she was going to market our home. She offered several suggestions on making our home more saleable. We listed our home in early December and had several open houses. Unfortunately, due to all the snow we had we lost over a month as no one was house hunting in the snow. Once the snow stopped, Cathy picked up the marketing with a new fervor. Cathy kept us on track to get our tasks completed. She had a positive attitude during the whole process. Cathy exemplified everything you would ever want in a realtor. She is thoughtful, considerate, understanding, persistent and upbeat. We would consider Cathy to be better than the best.
