I am a dedicated real estate professional who has lived in Charles County for over 20 years with my husband Dan and our two children. Dan is the owner of Stottlemyer Homes , which has specialized in building premier custom homes in Charles County for over 30 years. I am committed to making my customers successful, whether they are buying or selling a home. In addition to resales, I represent Stottlemyer Homes and work side by side with Dan and my clients throughout the building process, helping them create and build their dream home. While raising our children, I have been very involved in the community in addition to working with Dan in the home building business. I understand all aspects of the building process and everything that goes into creating a custom home. This knowledge is very important when working with clients building a home, allowing me to have a understanding of what needs to be done, and makes it possible for me to address their needs and answer any questions they have. Buyer reviewWhen I first spoke to Cathy she was extremely easy to talk with and understanding of what I needed and I had a very limited budget and she made me feel like my budget didn't matter she could still help me find a home and she did she worked hard at finding something I could afford and always made time for me on the phone and driving to properties she did a wonderful job as far as I'm concerned I couldn't have picked a better person to have done the job she did She was very good about pointing out all my options and showing me things I would have overlooked she was extremely attentive of what I was looking for and I felt she was truly looking out for my best interest
