In my case, I was using my VA benefit. This created an enormous amount of paperwork for me. Cecilia was able to cut through an enormous amount of that. Also, her skills as a negotiator were invaluable. While I was dealing with the VA she sold a piece of land for me and we closed on it before I closed on my new home. My family and I feel like we have gained true friendship with Cecilia and her husband Howard.
