I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Adjustments with the City of Henderson. I have volunteered in Junior Achievement with local schools and active in my church. My husband & I have four children, all graduates from Henderson High School. The oldest two are graduates of A & M University in College Station and the youngest two are graduates of SFA University in Nacogdoches. We have two beautiful Granddaughters.

I have been a resident of Rusk County since 1975. Upon obtaining my Real Estate license in 1996, I began my career with CENTURY 21. In 2001 myself and husband, Joe Koch, purchased the company and relocated to 701 S Main. I received my broker's license in 2003. I am member of the National & Texas Association of REALTORS, as well as the Longview Board of REALTORS & MLS and the Tyler MLS. I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, my church & other activities in my community.

Seller reviewOur home sold to the first person who looked at it. Cecilia worked closely with the buyer's agent to coordinate a smooth closing, even through a slightly delayed closing date. She also worked with our Fort Worth agent to send signed paperwork needed for our closing there while we were traveling. We throughly appreciate her valuable real estate knowledge and value her friendship!
