When I began my search for my very first home, I called her immediately and she was able to assist me right away. Each listings I was interested in, she took time out of her day to take me to. She was very helpful in my home-buying process. Cecily is AWESOME in regards to her knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and exchanges of contracts and closing. I completely trust her and would not have been so confident with anyone else. Cecily answered every text and call I made to her regarding properties I was interested in. She was amazing and always helpful. I LOVED MY FIRST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE. Cecily made it completely awesome! In fact, I recommended her to my sister who is currently looking for her first home. I would not have done that if Cecily wasn't completely great.

Seller reviewOur previous agent, Judy Burrows, provided a great experience and when she retired she suggested Cecily Armstrong as her replacement and we didn't hesitate in accepting the recommendation. Our confidence in the two of them was well rewarded. They both excelled and made things easy and as pleasant as could be, even tho we had to settle for a disappointing price, the circumstances that caused the drop in value were understandable and not the fault of any one. We were very thankful to have any option to sell, since Horizon Communities did a less than stellar job in providing proper legal documentation and having properties recorded properly so that they COULD BE SOLD. The attorney fees caused some consternation, but that had nothing to do with our agents. We feel that both Agents went over and above in their diligence, providing every detail and explaining the unfortunate circumstances, and in their patience and kindness toward us when we became frustrated. They are exceptional individuals!
