I whole heartedly with 100% confidence recommend Celeste Christman as your realtor! My wife and I were selling two houses and buying a new one. We had a realtor that promised to reduce her fees and blew all the smoke up our butts that she could about how great the houses looked and how quick they would sell. One did sell quickly, but the other one we lived in was on the market for over 6 months (in a sellers market) with very little action. I kept asking her for feedback, discussing marketing ideas, and ways to improve the sale. She maintained that perfect customer service mentality. "Everything is fine and dandy and the right customer will come along soon". We lost out on multiple houses we loved and wanted to buy because that house would not sell. After a long and thoughtful discussion we shopped realtors. We had others who did the same, blew smoke up our asses and did and said anything nice they could to earn our business. Then Celeste came along. SHE WAS HONEST! We had six kids! The house smelled, the carpets needed cleaned better, and we needed a deep clean done. She was brutally honest! She advised the pricing was LOW! Once we did the right things to brighten the house up, clean it up better, we made More money on the sale than we would have with the previous realtor! If you need to sell a house, don't choose the realtor that makes you feel like you are the perfect client and it will be easy to sell your house! Use the realtor who will partner with you (and even pick up a mop and help you) get your house ready for sale and make the most money. Partner with Celeste!
