I had a great experience with Mr.Cesar Medina as my realtor.He was very accomodating, prompt,thorough and communicates with me on a daily basis during this purchase. I never thought this purchase can be that fast .Mr.Medina discussed to me and my family all details during this purchase and told me what to expect every week .He follows through and despite my busy work schedule he works around it .He facilitated communications with escrow and my lender. I can always call or text him anytime of the day and he would promptly respond especially in moments where I was getting frustrated because of the seller's responses to our requests.However, me and family developed a good relationship with him.
