In my spare time I enjoy traveling the country and other parts of the world with my wife Megan. Some of my other hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, car shows, and spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Chad Conner, I am a native Floridian that was born and raised in North Brevard County, FL (Mims, FL to be exact).
You could say that real estate runs in my families blood....as I am a 3rd Generation REALTOR at our family owned and operated Century 21 Flag Agency, Inc. office located in Titusville, FL since 1973. Since starting my real estate career at the age of 19 I have been fortunate enough to assist hundreds of friends, family, corporations, and many new friends I have acquired through real estate with all of their real estate needs.
After graduating Astronaut High School and soon thereafter earning my real estate license, I furthered my education to receive a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida - Go KNIGHTS!
I have continued to follow in my Grandfather (Rex Conner) and Father's (Patrick Conner) foot steps by making sure that honesty and quality customer service were at the top of my list in all of my real estate transactions. By doing so I have been awarded both of CENTURY 21's most prestigious awards multiple times; The Centurion Producer Award and Quality Customer Service Award.

Specializations
Since 2005 I have specialized in mostly residential real estate as well as vacant land sales.
However, along the way I have successfully sold many commercial properties, new construction, and just about anything else you can think of.
In 2018 I once again started to further my education in Commercial Real Estate by working to earn my CCIM Designation.

Seller reviewChad Conner was willing to listen and to take into consideration my needs and lack of experience selling a home. He gave me excellent sound advise in order to get the property ready for sale. He was always available to chat when needed and treated me like I was his only client, of course I wasn't but he sure found time for me no matter the time or day of week. Chad is very knowledgeable of the real estate trends in the surrounding areas and had a very professional approach in working with me as the seller, the buyers agent and the title company. I highly recommend him!

Seller reviewWe interviewed other agents from the area. Chads local knowledge of the area and contacts were one of his strong points but not the only one. Chad did an excellent job with timely communications. This was important as I live in Michigan and it was my parents house in Florida that we were selling. My son was living there handling upkeep and details so Chad needed to communicate with both of us on various matters and with only one of us on others (e.g. showings, closing documents. etc.).
