Chana was amazing. Always available when I called, or returned my calls quickly. Chana would be great for a first-time buyer and/or seller as she makes the process clear and very stress free. The house sold so quickly there was no need for a yard sign or other advertising. Everything was actually very smooth and closing was a breeze. The title company Chana utilized was awesome. They not only processed the close of the sale of my home in Washington, they accommodated the title company in AZ where I bought a new home. I was able to sign both the sellers papers and the purchase papers in Vancouver, WA. The staff was great. Above and beyond in my book.

We have work with other realtors but Chana was the best by far. She is an expert in her field and you can trust her. She is 100% for her client. If she doesn't have an answer to your questions she'll find out, in a timely matter and let you know. I would work again with Chana. I would highly recommend her.
