Seller reviewChance Weil is an outstanding agent to work with. He is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets. I listed a very reasonably priced foreclosure property with him over the winter. There were several offers within a couple of weeks. I tried to keep the sale price low, to afford local residents an opportunity to be able to purchase property in this crazy inflated real estate market here in central Idaho. We eventually settled on and accepted a cash offer with very patient buyers from out of state. It took five months to close, as we had a unforseen Title problem with the property which caused a legal challenge, and a lengthy delay for the closing. We had to revise the contract a couple of times, and the patient purchasers finally were able to take possession. At no point in those five months did Chance's dedication to selling the property waiver. He was just as aggressive and excited about selling the property as he was the first week we listed it. Without doubt, we would seek him out immediately for any upcoming real estate transaction in the future.
