He spent months seeking out the right home in our budget. Chance was someone we could trust immediately. He became our friend and would seek him out again for friends or family. Chance knew we had only so much money as we were cash buyers, this didnt stop him from doing an excellent job, he emailed homes lmost daily as we were in different states, took days to show us properties when we came over and was very patient.
