She came to the house during the final signing to be sure my gas was hooked up for that night of our move in (the gas company was on their way during the signing). I recommend her over anyone else. Seller reviewCharla Durham was our agent for the recent sale of our house. We live out of the country so our communication was done via emails and messaging. Her responses were always timely. She never made us feel like we were too demanding or unreasonable in anything that we ever asked of her. If she could not answer our questions she would investigate and find the answer. There were never any games. Charla always did what she said she would do. The final paperwork for our closing was handled very well. I would also like to mention Steve Delia who took the time to meet with me when I was in town to discuss the sale of the house. He offered very sage advice. And finally, I would like to recognize the office staff with whom I interacted. They were always very polite and handled our interactions with great professionalism.
