Seller reviewCharlie had helped us buy a rental property previously and then helped us sell it later. We appreciated then that he iis honest, fair and works hard to get our properties sold at a fair price! And we continue to appreciate his helpfulness and experienced advice. Our last rental house was more of a challenge to sell because of age and location. In order to sell our rental property on 115 W. Channing, he went the extra mile to help us fulfill the unusual safety and house improvement requirements of the buyers mortgage company. We'll stick with Charlie!
