Went into deal without realtor but was glad to have Charles Damian act as dual agent Only really dealt with Charles . A little with his partner Michael Have been involved in many real estate deals. That was reason for me entering this deal without one. After meeting and dealing with Charles Damian I believe I will be dealing with him from now on. Very happy Without a doubt his effort and scope of work done to make deal happen went well beyond what I expected

If you need a broker who can be an extension of your mind and know what type of house you're looking for, get Charles. If you want or need an agent that will give you 110% - 24/7, get Charles. Charles has ended up being a close friend and someone I can trust. I am not the first person who has said this but need to emphasize the type of person and broker he is, you wont be disappointed.
