We were extremely pleased with Mr. Charles Marino's handling of our property's sale. First, he viewed and familiarized himself with our property prior to showing it to potential buyers. Next, throughout the entire process, from listing through closing the sale, Mr. Marino kept us informed; he would call us with updates, and when we called him, he always took our calls--even if he were with other customers or clients and unable to have conversation with us when we called, he would take our call and give us an approximate time when he could call us back, and his call-back was usually within the hour. Beyond his professionalism and his efficiency, Mr. Marino displayed at all times an attitude and a tone of courtesy and helpfulness. Sellers often become edgy, irratible, or even frustrated at various stages along the sometimes bumpy trail to a successful closing, but Mr. Marino remained unflappable, calm throughout, showing at all times an understanding of our needs, courtesy in answering our questions, and a friendly helpfulness in allaying all of our concerns.
