His thoughfulness, attention to detail and persistance made both sales not only successful, but simple. I thought selling from a distance would be difficult, but Charlie made it a great experience. He also provided excellent referrals for getting repairs and improvments made to help with the sale of the properties. Highly recommend using Charlie and Century 21 Jordan-Link.

He handled mulitple repairs to the property and HOA issues in addition to the marketing and sales and brought us a buyer very quickly. Our first buyer fell out of escrow and Charley very quickly found another buyer and closed within 30 days. Highly recommend Charley.
