I am a veteran of the trades being an H.V.A.C. Journeymen and closely work with other trades and contractors for ten years. As a Real estate professional, I look to take my vast knowledge of how houses work and put it to use when it comes to choosing your best real estate options. Since I haves worked in the trades and with contractors, I will look at more angles than just your average realtor when it comes to picking your perfect house. So if we watched too many episodes of "Fixer Upper", I can give you my best Chip impersonation and help see if your dream concept is possible. Seller reviewCharlie was fantastic. Charlie took the time to help me get the home ready to list. Charlie worked closely with me about the pricing of the unit. Charlie took the time to thoroughly research the area of the city where I was listing the property. He reviewed all of the other sold properties in the area that we could use to compare. He always explained everything to me in details and kept me in the loop the whole time. I appreciated how great he was when I was not feeling as patient. Whenever I started to worry about anything, he was supportive and understanding and remained positive. Eventually he sold the unit and found the perfect Buyer. I was really happy with his services and have since recommended him to my friends and family. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to work with Charlie. They will not be disappointed. The best thing about Charlie is that he was knowledgeable about houses and the market and was very direct. He answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect home. Charlie is super approachable and honest and he made the whole house buying experience less stressful and easier. We were on a time crunch to find a house and I don't think we would have been able to if it wasn't for him. A great overall experience!
