In his spare time, Chas enjoys snowmobiling, traveling, and spending time in the Big Horn mountains with friends and family.

One example of good customer service was ...the furnace quick working in the house we were purchasing and he went and brought up his own heaters so we were be comfortable.

Buyer reviewPolite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, respectful and approachable would define and sum up my experience in working with Chas. I was always at ease anytime Chas was showing my husband and I different homes. He is extremely, extremely police, patient, and helpful. Chas truly bent over backwards to make sure our needs were being met! Overall, Chas was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is a very pro-active realtor- constantly giving us different house options, locations, ideas, etc., yet respected the priorities he knew were important to us. Chas, not once, seemed frustrated when we viewed a house and did not end up liking it, even if the house was near U-Cross or a ways out of town. That in itself meant a lot to me, because I didn't feel obligated to like something I didn't. Chas was also very timely. If there was a house my husband and I wanted to look at, we heard back from Chas almost immediately and were being shown the house within the next 24 hours. That, too, I respected a lot, because that showed us how hard Chas was working for us.
