There were quite a few complications with selling my property due to the fact that there was a tenant living it my home at the time as a rental property. Chaz was extremely strong at staying in constant communication with me and made sure that I understand the process every step of the way. Again, I was doing all this overseas, so Chaz really went out of his way to ensure that everything went smoothly for the sale of my property. Chaz is extremely personable but also highly professional. Chaz's dedication to helping me sell my property was insurmountable and impressive especially as this was a tricky situation with me living overseas and there being a tenant in my property as we were trying to sell it. His extensive knowledge and ability to explain information was something that quickly put me at ease from the beginning of this process, all the way to the end.
