She made us feel comfortable in the interview and throughout the process. At the end of the day, we trusted her completely. We would recommend her to our closest family and friends. Cheryl laid out her sales and marketing approach from the beginning and followed it. She asked other realtors to present their best offers and let the process work. Several realtors were upset that she wouldn't provide "the buyers number" as opposed to stepping forward with their best offer. She handled everything very professionally and we felt that she was working for us.

Cheryl sold my first house in 2013, she went above and beyond for me as I moved out of state. Upon returning she helped my new husband and I find our dream home, rent his house out and then finally sell his house this year.
