We had tons of trouble with the seller's side and Cheryl worked every angle she could to get us answers. I know we were pretty demanding and frustrated by several delays but she kept her positive outlook throughout. Cheryl does not make you feel like you are just a transaction, we felt very comfortable with her and trusted her completely. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is buying a house.
