Ms. White consistently went above and beyond all of our expectations. A truly wonderful representative of your company. A major investment for us was made so enjoyable by Ms. White...a truly wonderful person and highly capable agent. A pleasure to work with, both my spouse and I have already recommended Ms. White to several of our friends who are also considering purchasing homes in the OBX. Ms. White's attention to detail and constant communication (especially since we were living/located in PA) was much appreciated.

Seller reviewCheryl White advertised our property in a number of different printed written ways, including signs and a brochure box outside. She worked very hard with a number of prospective buyer's agents in giving them a tremendous amount of information on our property. Several of these other agents commented to us on how thorough she was in discussing our property. The closing was handled very smoothly, especially since we were out of town and not present for it. She emailed papers promptly and was always available on phone to discuss things with us. Cheryl was wonderful to deal with through the whole process! She was always available to help us when any problems occurred or requests came from us. She was very supportive of us (over a year under contract) and helped when we had new rugs put in and we could not be there. She was always willing to do more than what you would expect from a real estate agent! She is a very friendly person who always had a suggestion to help us and encouraged us throughout the selling process! Century 21 is very fortunate to have this outstanding Realtor on staff. Excellent rating for Cheryl is true, but OUTSTANDING would be a more appropriate description of her total dedication to our sales process over almost 14 months! She was always there for us by phone or email and answered the many, many questions that we had!

Seller reviewCheryl did a wonderful job from start to end. Cheryl was our realtor for many years. If I had property to sell or was interested in buying property in the area, Cheryl would be the first person I would contact to help me out. Its tough dealing with so many owners of a property (and there were 5 of us, not counting spouses) and its tough fielding questions and concerns from all of them. Cheryl did a great job and never seemed to miss a beat. She knew us, she knew what we wanted, she knew her job, she knew the housing market, she knew people that could help. To us, it was just dirt, so we could sit and wait as long as it took...and Cheryl knew this. She never gave up. Cheryl is helpful and knowledgeable, and great to work with. She will do everything she can to help you with whatever problems or questions or concerns that you have. She is a real asset to her company. She has also become a good friend of mine.T

Buyer reviewCheryl was awesome. From always being timely with paperwork and notifying me of changes to keeping the seller interested with a fewide unexpected delays. Always a phone call or email away for all my needs anytime. Even well after normal hours. As a first time home buyer well away from anyone I could ask about buying a house Cheryl came in handy with explaining everything and communicating with me what the steps we were taking were and how the process was working. The stress of home buying wasn't there because she made it so much easier.
