Being in Mecosta County / Canadian Lakes since 1971 has given Chip the benefit of seeing the area evolve into one of the best resort / recreational / retirement communities in the Midwest. Chip graduated with a B.S. degree in Marketing from Ferris State University in 1991 and is in his 18th year in the real estate industry. Active in the community, Chip is currently on the Friends of Ferris and the Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Buyer reviewWe were searching for a house in Mt. Pleasant while living down state. We thought this factor would make the experience exhausting and less enjoyable, but Chip worked hard to use our time efficiently and to make the process as smooth as possible. Chip's advice was helpful during the negotiation process and he kept us informed from the time we were under contract until the closing. The whole experience was great!
