Jason "Chip" Ruff: "Making Dreams Come True One Home at A Time"Even though I grew up as a military brat and moved all around the country, I spent the majority of my upbringing here and I have always considered Jacksonville, North Carolina to be home. Prior to joining the Marine Corps, I attended Campbell University and UNC Charlotte before finally graduating with a Business Management degree while serving in the Marine Corps. My extremely supportive wife Hope and I have three amazing daughters. We take full advantage of living so close to such beautiful beaches and love spending time with family and friends.I had a small season in my life that I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do career wise. I had multiple people in my life encourage me to pursue becoming a real estate agent. The more I looked into it, the more I truly felt called to it. Helping people has always been something I have been passionate about, and I will make it my mission and go full out when it comes to helping people find their dream home. With integrity and dedication, I will make your dream home desires and your family's needs my top priority!

Buyer reviewAmazing to work with. Extremely great to work with. Straight forward to you as the buyer and to the seller. We closed on our house in 2 weeks. Communication is excellent. Always replies to you as soon as he can even after closing on the house. I'm glad we got to work with him and build a connection. He was more worried on getting my wife and I a good quality house rather than just making a sale. I wasn't able to go and look at the house before starting the buying process.
