Personal Profile

Born and raised in Mexico, Chon came to the US at just fifteen years old with the desire to learn English and have a successful career. He enrolled in South Sioux City High School upon arriving, determined to learn the new language quickly. In 2013, he graduated and moved to Wayne, NE, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Interior Design.

A change in fate brought Chon back to Siouxland. His abilities to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable through customer service led him to apply at Wells Fargo as a Teller. He was later promoted to Banker. During his career in banking, Chon was able to acquire a variety of financial skills, which he passed on to his customers and continues to do so for his clients. Being bilingual, he was able to regularly assist customers with various backgrounds, making them feel secure and confident. In 2020, he decided to leave banking behind and give his lifelong dream of becoming a realtor a chance.

Joining the CENTURY 21 ProLink team, Chon has made it a goal to connect with every single one of his clients at a personal level. He understands the struggles language barriers can present and wishes to alleviate them for the people in the Siouxland community. Whether buying or selling a home, Chon listens carefully to his clients, taking into consideration all of their wants and needs and prioritizing them above all. He wants all of his clients to find their dream home, and together, make the American Dream a reality.

Nacido y criado en México, me mude a los Estados Unidos con solo quince años con el deseo de aprender inglés y tener una carrera exitosa. Al llegar, me inscribí en South Sioux City High School, decidido a rápidamente aprender el nuevo idioma. En el 2013, me gradué y me mudé a Wayne, NE, donde estudié Administración de Empresas con una especialización en Diseño de Interiores.

Un cambio de destino me devolvió a Siouxland. Mi capacidad para hacer que todos se sientan bienvenidos y cómodos a través del servicio al cliente me llevó a aplicar en Wells Fargo como cajero. Más tarde fui ascendido a banquero. Durante mi carrera en el banco, pude adquirir una variedad de habilidades financieras, que transmití a mis clientes del banco y que continúo haciendo para mis clientes actuales. Al ser bilingüe, pude ayudar con regularidad a clientes de diversos orígenes, haciéndolos sentir seguros y confiados. En el 2020, decidí dejar atrás el banco y darle una oportunidad a mi sueño de convertirme en un agente de bienes y raíces.

Al unirme al equipo de CENTURY 21 ProLink, me he propuesto como objetivo conectarme con cada uno de mis clientes a nivel personal. Entiendo las luchas que pueden presentar las barreras del idioma y deseo facilitar estas dificultades para la gente de la comunidad de Siouxland. Ya sea ayudando a vender o a comprar su hogar, escucho atentamente a mis clientes, teniendo en cuenta todos sus deseos y necesidades, priorizándolos sobre todo. Quiero que todos mis clientes encuentren la casa de sus sueños, y juntos, lograr el Sueño Americano.
