Buyer reviewI went on line, looked at a house and asked a broker to contact me. Within minutes, Chris did. Chris kept track of paperwork, kept us informed of this very long process of the short sale and kept our spirits up. We even used her to buy another home while we were waiting for this one. Just excellent. She was always punctual. I would question this as it was a short sale but Chris made this very open to us, warned us how long this could take and kept in touch.

Buyer reviewBack last August when we first started looking for a home, Chris was the first realtor to call me when I checked out a home on line. She was quick to set up a tour of the home I was interested in. Though we lost that home, she has stayed with us through the long process of a "short" sale (almost to the end) and then was very quick in aiding with the purchase of the home on Memorial drive for my son. There were a number of people interested but she got our offer in first. She is quick to respond when I texted her and called me with important issues. She patiently showed me a lot of homes even when we had put in an offer on a home. (The house on Cedar Street) She was very reassuring. I would recommend Chris Bratz to anyone looking for a home.
