Chris was so helpful with purchasing a property in Silver Bay. We are not local to the area and she FaceTimed me, took videos for my husband for the initial viewing. We decided we wanted to see the property in person and she was able to meet us the day after Christmas (the only time we could make it there). She's been very helpful giving us referrals for local repair people as we purchased a fixer upper. She even shoveled a path for us moving day because it had snowed overnight. She helped us with so much more than that. We've had experience with a few realtors and she's my favorite by a long shot! All of this and the house we purchased was less than 100,000 so there wasn't a huge commission. We'd definitely use her again!
