He was always calm and easy going, very light hearted. We decided we wanted to enjoy his good company as well as his professionalism. I respect that he was always on top of everything. He made me feel like we were the only people he was taking care of. He was always quick to respond when I had questions, and had so much patience with me. He really is amazing at his job. We could have asked for a better business man to represent the townhouse we just sold. Chris was right on top of everything every step of the way. He had the comparison paperwork when we first met so we could establish the sale price, and he had a good sense of the timing of the sale. He answered all of my questions and was very prompt with all paperwork. He even helped me divest myself of some furniture after my plan to sell the home furnished fell through. He is a consummate professional.
