She knew exactly what to do and when to do it in the process, thereby easing some of the nervousness that can come with buying a new home. She was a great help in putting my wife's mind at ease on her first home purchase. My wife appreciated getting text message updates, and encouragements from Chris, that seemed to arrive at the perfect time.
