She can get things done quickly and efficiently which was greatly appreciated. But our favorite is her superb attentiveness and availability. She never made us feel second to anything. She will point out the bad along with the good on a property and let you decide. We feel like we have someone that knows the business and is helping us to make a wise decision and not just make a commission and move on to the next customer. She also has good vision for what a house could be with some changes here and there. She has a pretty good idea of construction costs and has a lot of contacts in that area and is willing to share contact info. Chrissie is just good at what she does!
