Seller reviewChristian was a great partner in the sale of our South Park home. We had previously relocated so were not in the area to sell the home and Christian handled everything for us. We listed at a difficult/slow time in the market but Christian's marketing approach and expertise in the local neighborhood and market helped ensure we were attracting prospective buyers and getting offers. We were able to get a great value for our home and Christian and team made it all very easy to complete remotely. Seller reviewChristian made a very knowledgeable, comparable analysis of my property. He assisted me by sharing with me advice on what areas I should fix up a little more for a better return; The sale price of my home was more that I expected. Staging my property was not a priority for me and Christian gave me advice for my property to show well. He also assisted me by getting me very reasonably priced, qualified workers for inside and outside my home improvements; I loved their bids for the work I needed done. I am very greatful for his assistance on the sale of my property. He also stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. Christian looked after my best interest throughout the sale.
