Seller reviewHave known Christina for years and worked with her several times in the past. Will continue to work exclusively with her for all my Maryland real estate needs. Christina is the only real estate agent that I will work with for any of my Maryland real estate needs. I've referred her to friends who also used her and were thrilled with her as well. Since I had already moved out of state, Christina really did all of the little things for me -- like changing out batteries in a smoke detector and regularly checked on the house for me to assure there weren't any issues in my absence.

Christina did an excellent job of keeping us informed with all aspects of the sale and closing. When a water leak was discovered the evening walk through the night before closing she located a plumber to resolve the problem before closing.
