As soon as I reached out to Christina Ward (by text) she called me and spent about 20 minutes on the phone asking me questions trying to gain an understanding of what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. I feel like she really took her time with us, she was willing to show us houses at the last minute, and she helped us find a location that suited both our wants and needs. She told us about the different areas of town which helped us narrow down where we wanted to live. She was always very professional and is very knowledgeable about the home buying process. She came highly recommended from a mutual friend, we had a great experience with her, and I will gladly recommend her to other potential customers.
