The fact that her office works together helped a lot ! Judy Mullikin is my original agent but had important personal life issues to deal with and Christine Cristobal stepped right in and handled everything! I'm so glad I got to work with her!

Buyer reviewChristine Cristobal was attentive to our needs and helped us find and move into our house very quickly. She helped negotiate the price down so that our VA mortgage could afford it, and we were very happy to learn later that the house was appraised at $40k more than we paid for it. The few times she was unavailable, her coworker Judy covered for her also admirably. Christine also made some good recommendations that would reduce my wife's asthma symptoms in the new house, and pointed out some important aspects that I hadn't considered, including using a different lender which saved me money on fees.
