From our initial meeting with Chris, to our closing, she was nothing but professional. We had a house to sell, and a house to buy in a short period of time. Chris told us exactly what we needed to do to properly prepare our house for listing, and helped us work to get there by our target date. She was patient with us while we looked at a number of houses, while trying to decide what we really wanted in a new home. She had us take notes, and prepare a list of wants and needs, which was very beneficial to our selection process. Once we found a house that we loved, she was very helpful in educating us about the market and drafting a compelling offer. When it came time to price our own house, she was very clear in her pricing strategy in order to sell our house in 30 days. Due to Chris's market research and area knowledge, our house sold in two weeks, after nine showings!! We were so thankful, as we were already under contract on our new house. Chris was fantastic and really knew the area and showed us homes that really fit exactly what we were looking for Chris was great to deal with and extremely punctual, and I am not kidding when I say she would follow up on e smile and phone calls within 2 hours even when it was at odd hours of the day.
