Working with Christine felt like working with a close friend. She took such good care of us during the entire process and made our final choice of home feel like the perfect fit. She was so honest during the process and made sure that we knew exactly what we needed to know about every property. She always worked around our schedule and made sure we were comfortable with all of the showings. Her only goal was to make sure that my husband and I (and our future children) had a beautiful home that we loved and could call our own. I would work with Christine a million times over and would recommend her to anyone who asks. She is one of the kindest people I've ever met and loves her job more than most. She is truly phenomenal!

Christine sold our home quickly and efficiently within two days. She made sure the title company was well informed and made the process smooth for both us (the seller) and the buyer. Christine did an amazing job organizing our sale and keeping up with all the viewing requests! Christine was always available to answer any and all questions for us! She is well versed and knowledge about our region, home inspections, she has contacts and resources for any items for your home. She made sure our posting was alluring and our photos were top quality. The RealtyPlus program at Navy Federal Credit Union matched us up perfectly. As we were out of town purchasers, there were only a few properties we could actually view while we were in town. We relied heavily on Christine to show us properties over FaceTime. Christine had an excellent knowledge and keen sense for detail when inspecting properties for potential problems especially when most of the properties we viewed were over FaceTime. Christine took the time to get to know us and what was important to us. She was very well versed in contract negotiations, what was happening with the market in that area, and gave us guidance and reassurance through the ups and downs of the very competitive market. She even dropped everything to help us when we were having issues with our lender requesting last minute changes! We came to respect and trust Christine's knowledge and expertise so much so that when we were finally successful in purchasing our property, it was completely sight unseen (other than listing pictures and FaceTime) until our actual walk-through minutes before our closing! Although Christine was assigned to us through a program via our lender, we have come to view her as a great friend! We very highly recommend Christine as she will take the time to get to know you and will view each property with your needs as top priority!
