She had the listing when I first put it on the market, and was a rock through some trying times of inspections and repairs. After needing to take the house off the market for some needed repairs, it went back on the market for the original asking price and she was able to get me more than asking price. She was a vital part of the process and was always ready to take on whatever challenges the lawyers threw our way. We kept in touch with Christine since the purchase of the house, knowing that we would ask her to sell it for us after the renovation. Her dedication and persistence during the purchase process was unwavering. We didn't consider anyone else. The property went on the market on a Wednesday, with open houses planned for both Saturday and Sunday. It was beautifully and thoroughly presented online, complete with drone photographs. We had an offer Saturday morning, and ended up canceling the Sunday open house. It doesn't get any easier.

Buyer reviewThe property was a messy estate sale that took 2 years and 2 months to clean up and close. Christine Farley hung in there with us, getting us information from the many attorneys that were required to clean up the title, doing legwork with town officials to clear up undocumented mysteries about the property and negotiating a deal that allowed us to live in the house while we waited for the closing to happen. We have bought and sold a number of houses, but this purchase was the most complicated. Christine's professionalism never wavered.
